Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Silip ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Silip for personal or commercial purposes. Each license allows activation on up to 3 (three) devices that you own or control. A license key is issued via Lemon Squeezy upon purchase.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Silip on macOS devices that you own or control for personal and commercial purposes. You may deactivate a license from one device and reactivate it on another.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software or license keys
  • Share your license key with others
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software

5. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Your purchase is governed by the price at the time of checkout. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

6. Updates

Your purchase includes all future updates to the Software. We reserve the right to modify features and functionality in future updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
